Cancel a transaction

You can cancel an order at no cost at any stage until the final drawing is approved. After approval the piece is cut specially for you and cannot be cancelled (section 14C(d)(4) of Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981) — except for a defect, a mismatch with the approved design or late delivery. Even then, you can write to us here.

How to cancel

Include your full name and ID number in the notice.

Cancellation form

Required by section 14I(c) of Israel's Consumer Protection Law. If you have no ID number, use your passport number.

It is in your order confirmation email.
